This section of the website qualifies some important areas
of Repeat Signs' operations. It is important that if you
are a customer of Repeat, that you familiarise yourself with
all factors that are covered here. It is a requirement that
if you purchase from Repeat Signs, that you accept the policies
outlined below. All policies are designed to make the process
of ordering and shipping your products as efficient and effective
as possible.

1. Lead Time for
Product Order
Stock of most mainstream
items used for our signage (planks, posts, paddles etc.) is
held. This means that for most of our Sign Types,
provided we are given the correct information and logos, signs
can be produced within four weeks of order. On the rare occasion
where other profiles are required for certain custom signs,
or any of our notice board or display signs the time frame
can extend to a 6 week period.
Please note that time
frames begin once a quote has been completed and the customer
has provided our company with correct logos and artwork.

Freight/Unloading Procedures & Charges Signage is rarely shipped
on pallets due to the variance in size. A quote can be arranged
for all signage jobs that need to be shipped around Australia.
3. Colour Variation
Statement Due to the nature of our
product being made from 100% recycled plastic, there can be
no guarantee that from one batch to another, colour will be
identical. This applies to the recycled plastic posts, planks
and sheeting used. This does not apply to the acrylic inserted
within signs. If you require various signs and you want the
colour of the recycled plastic to be identical, it is better
to order this is the same batch. Most times this colour variation
is non existant/un-noticeable, but NO GUARANTEE can be given
that colour of product will be identical from one batch to
another. If you order your goods in the one batch, you will
have little to no colour variation GUARANTEED.
4.
Graffiti Removal & Painting the Product
Our new rough finish of
the product requires paint strippers followed by a high pressured
wash for graffiti removal. This is very effective and removes
the graffiti to an extent not achievable on a raw timber surface.
This applies to the recycled plastic components only.
Repeat Signs will take
no responsibility for the product when it comes to painting,
and does not believe that painting the product looks as good,
or better than the product in original form.

Application Form |
Once the credit application form is approved
our terms are 30 days from date of purchase. All other purchases
are C.O.D. (payment will be required before the delivery of
goods). We accept Cheque or Electronic
Funds Transfer. For our bank account details, please phone
03 9735 9933 and state your invoice number.
Any accounts that are
overdue will be placed on C.O.D. for any future orders.
